TELUS Consumer Goods to speak at the Proactive Food Safety Conference Europe, Amsterdam

We are pleased to announce that we will be returning to the Proactive Food Safety Conference, taking place in Amsterdam on 16 November, 2022 where European Heads and Directors of food safety, technical and quality management will gather to share their expert insights.

This one day practitioner-lead conference will help develop innovative strategies to build supply chain resilience, whilst navigating European regulations, controlling allergen threats and food fraud threats. Revitalising food safety cultures ultimately protects consumers and organisations with proactive, future-proofed food and drink safety strategies.

Unlocking the value of digitisation

Aaron Day, Technical Sales Manager for TELUS Consumer Goods, will be taking to the stage to discuss how as an industry we can unlock the value of digitisation. 

With over 8 years’ experience in food safety and supply chain management, Aaron champions the TELUS Consumer Goods vision of unlocking better food outcomes through the digitisation of the food industry in quality management, cold chain practices, supply chain due diligence and sustainability. 

In his talk Aaron will recap the concepts explored at the proactive conference in London and how an industry 4.0 connected chain will unlock value for food safety professionals by redefining the way we evidence our credentials and approach risk. During his presentation Aaron will be exploring what is meant by industry 4.0 within the digital era and how this presents opportunities to build a connected value chain, in which data can flow up and down. As food safety professionals we need to be able to demonstrate our quality and sustainability management credentials beyond compliance in order to keep the competitive edge and build brand trust.

We will also be on hand at stand number 4 in the breakout room and are looking forward to talking to you about the latest developments in quality management, food safety and compliance software.
